Pastor Bruce Johnson

Bruce Johnson is a native of Massachusetts, although he grew up and was educated in the Chicago area, receiving degrees from North Park University & Theological Seminary and the University of Chicago. While initially working in the fields of clinical/public health nutrition and adolescent health, Bruce has been pastoring for almost twenty years, including ten years in Omaha, Nebraska. His desire to integrate a heartfelt love for God with his love for people has gotten him involved with ministries such as Habitat for Humanity, Good News Jail & Prison Ministries, and Straight Ahead Ministries. Together with his wife Carole and their family, Bruce moved back east in May of 1998 to be a part of God's renewing work at Community Covenant Church in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.

Our youth are currently led by Doug Rancourt, Joe Shea, and Jim Hatch. They all have a passion for youth ministry and for being part of the lives of the next generation of our church.

Lisa Lekas cares for our youngest children, ages 0 to 18 months. She has three young children of her own, as well as a gentle, soft-spoken way about her which puts all at ease.
